I wanted a little something for breakfast prior to a job interview and The Daily Bagel started my day off just right. I have been on a spicy food kick and have been adding peppers to almost every meal I make, so imagine my delight seeing fresh pepperoncini & cheese bagels staring back at me longingly from behind the glass case. Or was it me with the longing stare?
Nevertheless it was toasted to perfection with a generous side of cream cheese and it put my heart and stomach in an excellent mood.
As well, being a self-proclaimed pumpkin spice connoisseur, I tried their pumpkin spice latte with cinnamon. With oat milk? "Sure," I replied when hearing the non-dairy options. "I've never had one with oat milk." (I took a dietary risk with regular cream cheese but I don't even mess around with liquid milk. Sometimes being a glutton for punishment is necessary for a foodie but I know my limits!) It was the best pumpkin spice ANYTHING I've tasted. Creamy, slightly nutty, and the cinnamon helped wave goodbye to summer and welcome me into fall. -

My boyfriend and I visited our friends in Reno this past weekend and wanted to try a new spot in town. One thing that definitely drew us to The Daily Bagel was that they offer both breakfast and lunch sandwiches as long as they are open! This was a win for us since half of us wanted breakfast and half of us wanted lunch.
I opted for the #1 (egg, American cheese, and choice of meat - sausage for me) on a tomato pesto cheese bagel. My boyfriend got the Sports Edition with red onion added on a garlic bagel. My best friend and her fiancé got one breakfast sandwich and a lunch sandwich as well.
Our orders came out super fast and steaming hot! We decided to eat inside since it was hot outside and there were tables available. Our sandwiches were individually wrapped and packed up in a paper bag, which made it convenient if we wanted to grab our food and go, or had leftovers.
Bagel sandwiches can sometimes be messy, with a high chance of splooge, but we didn't run into that problem! Despite the sandwiches being stacked full of ingredients, I was happy to find that they were also wonderfully self-contained. Must be some kind of delicious bagel magic.
The four of us loved finding this gem in Reno and hope to try other bagel flavors in the future! If you're seeking out specific flavors, be sure to visit early to get em before their gone - the early bird gets the bagel. -

Small cute place. Great bagels and great service. Mil discount is plus. No line at all. You can eat outside or inside.
The column was heavy and delicate the same time. I needed a meaty sandwich that I could deconstruct for this Keto diet. It gets expensive at some places but I think it was worth it -

Every. single. time. I come here I am reminded why it's my absolute favorite bagel spot in Reno (and in all of Nevada). It's hard to find New York style, fluffy, chewy, topping covered bagel but daily bagel has perfected these delicious, round, and savory, bread circles. I love them. I wish I made more money so that I could eat at the daily bagel every morning. Needless to say, you should stop by and try one of these treats. My favorite is the #4 with turkey bacon!

I had been throwing around a few bagels places to try and thought I'd make this the first one! I got a jalapeño cheddar bagel with plain cream cheese and a 16 oz. iced chai tea latte.
The bagel was toasted just right and the amount of cream cheese they give is more than enough to thoroughly cover the bagel. The jalapeños were diced up pretty small, so they gave every bite a good amount of heat. The whole bagel had a good amount of heat, not too much, but enough to notice it.
The chai was a little bit sweet for my liking (I want it to burn), but it was still very tasty!
The service was amazing and it seems like a spot that a lot of locals come!
The vibe was pretty cool and they were playing classic rock when I was here, so you can't go wrong!
I will definitely be back!!
